We understand that Jeffrey Leran Boozer (32), Riverdale, decided that he wanted people to check out more than books... he flashed a woman at the library... took off after the woman confronted him... but someone got his tag number... he was arrested... charged with public indecency and he now sits in the Fulton County jail.
